The Move-In and Move-Out Checklist

What's Included in Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning

An Empty Home Gives Us Room to Get Into Everything.

Once the furniture is gone and the cabinets are empty, you start noticing things that were easy to miss before. Dust along the baseboards, crumbs in the drawers, buildup around appliances, and all those corners that haven't seen daylight in years.

That's where a move-in or move-out deep cleaning makes a difference.

Our teams can reach areas that aren't always accessible during regular housekeeping, giving kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and other rooms the thorough cleaning they need before the next occupants arrive.

Here's what our cleaning covers, room by room.

Who We Help

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning for Homeowners, Renters, Realtors and Landlords

Different Moves. One Less Thing to Worry About.

Not every move looks the same. Some people are leaving a home they've lived in for years. Others are getting the keys to their very first place. And for landlords and property managers, preparing a property for new occupants is simply part of keeping things moving.

Whatever brings you to us, we'll help get the property clean and ready for its next chapter.

Moving Out

The moving truck is loaded, the closets are empty, and you're ready to hand over the keys. Our move-out cleaning tackles the dust, buildup, and forgotten areas left behind so you can focus on getting settled somewhere new.

Moving In

There's nothing quite like walking into a new home that's already been thoroughly cleaned. From the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom fixtures, we'll take care of the cleaning before you start unpacking and making the place your own.

Landlords and Property Managers

Between tenants, there's often a lot to coordinate. Our teams help prepare vacant homes and apartments for their next occupants, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and other areas throughout the property.

We also work with real estate professionals arranging cleaning for sellers and buyers. Whether you're booking for yourself, a tenant, or a client, our office team can help you discuss the details.

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Reviews

Sometimes the Best Part Is Having One Less Thing to Do.

Getting ready to move, or preparing a home for someone new, comes with plenty of details. Having a cleaning team take care of the property can make that transition a lot easier.

Here's what one of our customers shared about her experience with D's Dust Bunnies.

“Thank you for making our move out so much easier and less stressful. Your team made sure every inch was cleaned and ready for our move out inspection. We also had them come before bringing our baby home from the hospital over the summer and they did a great job helping this pregnant mama relax and not worry about any cleaning. Highly recommend!”
