Terms of Service

Welcome to the D's Dust Bunnies website. These terms cover using our website and asking us for a free estimate. By using the site, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them as clear as a freshly cleaned window.

"We," "us" and "our" mean D's Dust Bunnies, Inc., a family owned cleaning service in Round Lake Beach, Illinois. We've served Lake and McHenry Counties, Illinois, and Southeastern Wisconsin since 1995.

Free Estimates Are Estimates

Every estimate we give is free, with no pressure. It's our best read on the job, based on what you tell us about your space. If the job turns out to be different from what we talked about, the final price can be different too, and we'll talk it through with you.

Asking for an estimate doesn't commit you to anything.

Booking Your Cleaning

Sending our estimate form doesn't book a cleaning. You're on the schedule once someone from our team confirms the details with you.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Every customer's schedule is a little different, so we work out scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations with each customer directly. If you need to change or cancel a cleaning, let us know as early as you can by calling 847-986-6072 or emailing info@dustbunnies.me.

Our regular house cleanings come with no long-term contracts.

The Dust Bunnies Promise

"If anything's not right, just let us know. We'll come back and make it right."

That's our promise behind every clean. Call or email us, and someone from our team will set it up.

Using Our Website

You're welcome to use our website to learn about our services, check whether we clean near you, ask for a free estimate or apply for a job. Please don't:

• Send false information, or someone else's information without their OK
• Spam our forms
• Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site
• Copy the site for your own business

Our Website Content

The words, photos, logo, Dust Bunnies Checklist and blog posts on this site belong to D's Dust Bunnies, Inc. or to the people who've let us use them. You're welcome to share a link or print a page for your own use. Please ask before using any of it for your own business or website. Customer reviews belong to the people who wrote them.

We keep our website up to date, but it's general information, and things can change. Your estimate call is where you get the details for your space.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, like Google and Facebook. We don't run those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Job Applications

Sending an application doesn't guarantee an interview or a job. Please make sure what you tell us is true and complete. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle applications.

Limits of Our Liability for the Website

This section is about the website only. It doesn't change the Dust Bunnies Promise or how we take care of you as a customer.

We work hard to keep our website accurate and running, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, viruses or other harmful code. To the fullest extent the law allows, D's Dust Bunnies, Inc. isn't responsible for losses or damages that come from using our website or not being able to use it, from relying on its content, or from any website we link to. Some places don't allow certain limits like these, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

Illinois Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms now and then. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
